Privacy Notice

How Spectrum Identity collects, uses and protects the personal data you provide through this website — in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection law.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

IN SHORT

We only collect the details you choose to send us through our enquiry form, and we use them solely to respond to you. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we keep it only as long as needed. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time.

1. Who we are

Spectrum Identity ("we", "us", "our") is a Saviynt IGA implementation and identity governance consultancy based in Espoo, Finland. For the purposes of applicable data protection law, we are the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

For any privacy-related question or request, contact us at info@spectrumidentity.com.

2. What data we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

Your first and last name

Your work email address

Your organisation

The topic of your enquiry and the content of your message

Please avoid including sensitive personal data or confidential system details in your message. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

3. How and why we use it

We use the personal data you provide only to:

Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it

Provide the information or services you have asked about

Maintain a record of our correspondence

We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent box and submitting the form, and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries and communicating with prospective clients. Where our correspondence leads to a contract, processing may also be necessary for the performance of that contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Sharing & processors

Your enquiry is delivered to us using EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service that transmits the contents of the form to our inbox on our behalf. EmailJS acts as a data processor and handles your data only to deliver your message.

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties, except where required by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, to protect your data.

7. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your request, and to maintain a reasonable business record. If no business relationship develops, we delete or anonymise your enquiry data within 24 months, unless a longer period is required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you

Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data

Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")

Restrict or object to processing

Data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, email info@spectrumidentity.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (Tietosuojavaltuutetun toimisto) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The current version, with its revision date, will always be available on this page.
